I have a Galaxy S5 with a case. However, when I received my car mount I was very pleased with how well it stuck to my window. I was a bit disappointed that it broke as soon as I tried to attach my phone to it. When I pulled the foil out to hold my phone it popped right out the side. Yes. Pretty terrible. The good news is that you can put it back in, but it will fall out if you pull it out on a big phone with a big case. My solution, and I don't know why the engineer who designed this didn't get ahead of me and save me the trouble, was to drill a pilot's grip near the edge where the spring slipped out. I then pushed the spring in and screwed in a small screw to hold the spring against it. Then I sawed off the head of the screw. It now works well and much more reliably with my large phone and case. I can pull the bolt all the way out and not have to worry about the bolt falling out due to the metal pin holding the spring. Without the need to change it it would have been an easy 5/5 star. fast and accurate. I had no problems with the seller.
