Review on Reliable Temperature Monitoring with MOBI FeverTrack – Ear & Forehead Thermometer by Renee Robinson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This infrared thermometer is very accurate and perfect for all ages.

I love infrared thermometers and have been using them for many years. The beauty of this particular one is that it is multifunctional. It is intended for infants and young children but can be used at any age. There are several ways to measure temperature. I can use the forehead, the ear, or as an object. With infrared intended for adults, they just use the body and the surface. The thermometer is basically ready for use. I just removed the back of the battery cover and pulled the plastic tab. It has several indicator icons that let me know what temperature is being measured. For example, there was an ear icon that clearly indicated to me that I was taking measurements on the ear. With this thermometer, I like the function of the object as it can measure the temperature of baby food or bath water. There is no real plus. The instruction manual, or a folded piece of paper, is very detailed and easy to understand. I've experimented with temperature measurement in a variety of ways. A hat or cap must be worn to take forehead temperature, but I've tried both. If I forget to put it on, there will be no big mistake. This thermometer has obviously been factory calibrated as it is very accurate. The sound signal is quite audible, but not a star. Young children do not always like loud, unintelligible sounds, especially in their ears. There is a good memory function (9 previous readings) as well as an LED display for the so-called temperature trend. I love this thermometer very much and recommend it not only for babies and toddlers but also for adults. 10 years: 36.1 °C to 37.8 °C / 97.1 °F to 100.0 °F ► 11 to 65 years: 35.9 °C to 37.6 °C / 96.6 °F to 99.7 °F ► > 65 years: 35.8 °C to 37.5 °C / 96.4 °F to 99.5 °F
