Review on Gulloe External Compatible Computer Green by Teambringit Truitt

I bought this product to transfer photos from iphone to laptop. For some reason, the cables no longer work for the transfer. I got a new phone, a new laptop, I bought new cables and nothing works. I get an error every time. So I tested this photo drive by transferring 82 of the 300 photos I want to transfer. They transferred easily from my phone to hard drive and from hard drive to my laptop. So I went back to transfer the rest of the photos and the problem is that it no longer recognizes the photos on my phone to transfer the rest. It only shows the 82 photos I've already transferred and doesn't show the rest of the photos for me to transfer. Just write "Transfer data". I couldn't find an answer to my problem in the questions, but if anyone knows what the problem is, I'd love to hear it. Otherwise I have to delete 82 photos from hard drive and get them back.
