I'm 5'4, 247 lbs and wearing a 40DD bra. I bought it in size 2xl, it's comfortable and holds women well. These photos were taken after wearing this bra for 4 days of training. enough padding to keep your nipples out of sight but nothing to hold or fill anything. You can jump for 2 minutes before everything starts going sideways. Totally normal for walking, maybe running. I do not run. if you can't tell, good price for a good bra.
