Great for a variety of needs.
I bought these to control portions and make snacks and takeaway meals. Coming home from a walk hungry and eating late at night is the worst time for me when trying to stick to a plan. They're great for that. They are small but not too small. They are excellent for freezing food. I've put them in the dishwasher and they're fine, but I recommend hand washing. They also bleed easily, so if you want them to stay nice and fresh, be careful with red sauces. However, they are great little bowls and can be used for a variety of needs.
