Short screws and not ideal for SDI3G

As others have said the M3 screws are too short so you will need other screws to make it work. Also, Black Magic changed the position of the screw holes in the newer version from HDMI to SDI3G (older version without 3G). You can still attach it, but it's not as smooth. I like the idea and it really works but you have to go the extra mile to buy the screws and it doesn't look as neat as it could be.

The screws shipped with the mount aren't long enough to catch the threads in the Micro Converter.
