Well, my job was to stop sending docking stations home with our new Surface laptops, which of course have a very limited number of available ports to plug into. I didn't want to spend a lot on anything and after quite a bit of research and reviews I settled on this little guy. It was basically plug and play and didn't give me any problems! Of course, given the amount of work the docking station puts in, I was very skeptical about going cheaper, but luckily I got more out of this purchase than I expected.
