I bought these mainly to play PSP games on my TV. For the price I was happy. Keep in mind that while the menu fills the entire screen, games only take up part of the screen (a square that's about half the size of the entire screen and is right in the middle). I suppose you could use your TV's "zoom" feature. (if available) to enlarge the image. However, if you want full-screen games, you might be better off buying one of these upscalers (or even a Playstation TV if you don't use PSP games on the UMD). Basically: It works as intended. I think I could bite the bullet and just invest in PS TV since all the PSP games I want to play are available on PSN. It's more expensive in the long run, with the added benefit of playing games on a different system (or a subsystem value, given that PS TV isn't compatible with all Vita games).
