or at least good. Do you remember Bluetooth technology, popularized by hands-free phone calls? and that's the sound quality you get when using both the mic and headphones. Bluetooth just doesn't have enough channels to do anything decently, so your sound is terrible when you use it as a headset (the headset is stereo headphones AND a microphone) and the sound is only great with wireless headphones. Bad bad choice with product design and design with Bluetooth. Check out other gaming/stereo headsets, they are either wired or have their own wireless USB adapter. Again, Bluetooth is not designed for stereo and microphone at the same time. it compensates for the bad sound. It really is the best Bluetooth can do. They're only good if you don't care about sound quality at all and need a microphone. The word "games" in the description is completely misleading.
