Good first. I love this chair. Super comfortable. I used to have a habit of leaning forward in my old chair (which was a decent chair) but now I'm so comfortable with the reclined back, small cushions, high back and footrest that I never did lean forward. I just sit and work. The back was much better. The material doesn't heat up between my legs/bum and the chair. That's a big deal. In addition, the armrests can be adjusted to a very low position, allowing the chair to fit under the table while I'm sitting in it. Other chairs cannot be adjusted so low. Also the armrests can come off if that works for you. The only "minus" for lack of a better term is that even at the highest height the chair feels low to me. This may not be a problem for others, but it bothered me. The chair uses the standard gas cylinder that everyone uses, so you can just buy the one mentioned above. The base is just a 2" hole (pretty sure that's the standard). I replaced it with a $20 device that I also found on Amazon and my little problem was solved. FYI, replacing cylinders can be a bit of a hassle as it takes a lot of effort, but this applies to ALL chairs. I've been using this chair for over a month now and my wife was complaining about her replacement office furniture, I suggested she try my chair for the day Well I've just ordered another chair!FYI: I use the footstool a lot more than I thought.
