I bought two of these cameras for my daughters to take to camp as they couldn't take their iPhones with them as cameras. It's too late for me to return them as they've both been gone for a month. These aren't cheap cameras, but I still didn't have the highest expectations, but they didn't even come close to that low bar. Both girls also shot a video. All videos are unviewable and it's not because of their video skills. Since then I've been watching their videos how they started using the old iPhone 3GS and they know how to keep the camera steady. This video was jumping all over the place and simply skipping frames, resulting in choppy playback. The picture is also grainy. I have confirmed and the video says it records 1920 x 1080 @ 30 fps and saves as an AVI. Almost all photos are blurry. They were shot at 4896 x 3672 and it says most of them were f2.8. The problem is most likely that the cameras chose a shutter speed of 1/15 or 1/25. They've never been in the water so I can't comment on how they're doing with the waterproofing and it doesn't matter. These things are complete nonsense. I understand why Polaroid has collapsed over the years. Don't waste your money on this product, even on your children.
