So far the device is working normally. Easy emptying and not so noisy. The only drawback is the cheap jam remover switch on the top of the device. Flicking the switch from OFF to AUTO or REVERSE is like playing with your three-year-old grandkids with a $10 toy that won't last until the end of the week. If I leave the switch on AUTO all the time, hopefully that won't be a problem. I would give the device five stars if this switch was digital or didn't have such a flimsy, flexible and fragile switch. I wouldn't buy this if I actually had the device in front of me to see how the switch works.
