I bought the size 4 for my son, who turns 5 next month. He's 43 pounds and 43 inches tall. The legs and arms are much too long for him, and I have to roll them up. It seems to be fine to do so without losing the wetsuit's function, though. It's nice and thick and is a super deal for the price! My daughter who turns 7 in 2 months also fits into the size 4 suit, and the length is much better on her. She's also 43 pounds but is 48 inches tall.
