Good bad bad.
good: Neat packaging in sealed plastic bag. The Bad: Made in China with the instruction page (6" x 6") in Chinese! Ugly: uses velcro! For real? It is 9 feet 2 inches long and 3½ inches wide. With another fancy piece, 18 inches long and 3.5 inches wide. Many strange stitches with a needle. Do not worry!
