I really like that we can create our own templates, so there is less work for us to do when it comes to creating new ones! Also love how easy they are to use in Outlook as well - no need to switch between two different programs just because you want to access your template from another program (like Gmail).

Sometimes if something isn't working correctly or doesn't look right within an existing one of their themes then sometimes this will show up until someone else opens them again after me/we have edited things out etc which makes life difficult at times but overall great product!! Just make sure you know what each theme does first before using too much power over someones inbox. ! Make changes where needed rather than trying not change anything at all. This has made my job easier since now i don’t spend half my day editing individual messages anymore instead looking through other.
