I absolutely love My Zabuton

If you are thinking of buying this zabuton for meditation I would highly recommend it. It's comfortable enough that it takes tension off your feet and knees but its sturdy enough so you can keep your meditation posture. The material is great because it doesn't collect dust. I Just love this thing, I use it 2 sometimes 3 times a day. If you are thinking of meditating for more than 30-45 minutes a day you absolutely must have a zabuton; and I would highly recommend their zafu as well.

I have recently begun meditating, again, after years! I am middle aged and kneeling on the floor is not as easy as it was in my 30''s. I bought the Hugger Mugger Meditation Bench with hinged legs and thought I would get this to match. It is very well made with a zipper. It is easy to fold in half and put the well made carry strap around. Biggest plus, it is comfortable! Love it!
