In the first year of use, this vacuum cleaner was great. In general, there was a strong pull, but over time it became terrible. The rope tensioner has worn out and no longer retracts as easily as when it was new. The motor will overheat within 15 minutes of use and must cool for an hour before power is restored. I tried to solve the suction problem by cleaning the suction path leading to the canister. Also, the washable filter on top including the HEPA filter on the bottom has been replaced with OEM parts. Even after changing the filter, this vacuum cleaner does not perform well in the first year of its existence. The integrated hose has a very low suction power and the hose nozzle easily detaches during use. The little rod brush is a joke because it's powered by hose suction and stops almost instantly on contact with a raised surface. If I had known that this vacuum cleaner would lose its performance in a short time, I would have bought another one. Model/Brand in general. I don't understand why this vacuum still costs more than $120. Don't waste your time, energy and especially money with this vacuum cleaner. You will not regret it.
