I had to tinker to bring the speed up to the declared one. Before the manipulations (in FAT32) it was about 15 Mb / s. I achieved the maximum speed by formatting in NTFS with a cluster size of 64K ("format h: / FS: ntfs / Q / A: 64K", where h: is the letter of the drive / flash drive). Please note that this formatting is not designed for small files. With standard formatting in NTFS (the cluster size is selected by default), the speed is about 11-12 Mb / s. I was surprised by the formatting software downloaded from the transcend site. After formatting with its help, the speed of the flash drive during the upload of one large file changed along the sinusoid, from 2 Mb / s to 18 Mb / s and back.
