Poorly. The sound is only about 80dB, which is very low for a car horn
The description says the horn is louder than 300dB. I doubt the loudest sound possible on earth is 194dB. However, my naive self convinced me that this horn would be very loud. Not correct! I measured the sound intensity of the horn which was about 80dB and drawing about 4.5 amps, don't buy it folks.
