Its very easy for all employees (both techs as well customer support). It also allows my field technicians that are out most days during busy times like now with COVID-19 issues how they can access their work through mobile devices without having them come back into base every time if there's an issue while working outside our facility! There isn't much I dislike about this product overall but would say it could be more user friendly when you're using your phone screen space efficiently by being able to have some menus smaller so others don’t get hidden behind other information/icons etc. This helps cut down clutter which makes things easier at least until such items become outdated / obsolete again.
