Premium instant read with all features

My previous instant read thermometer died so I had to find a new one. I find it important to measure the core temperature when cooking meat and even when baking. The last homemade loaf of bread I made recently said that the loaf would be ready when the internal temperature reached a certain level. This is a far cry from the old way of inserting a toothpick or knife. Right? So I ordered this GOOD thermometer. This is a very nice improvement over my previous favorite thermometer. Here are the improvements that surpassed the standard for instant-read indoor thermometers a few years ago. -- The back of the case has two powerful magnets that are flush mounted in the back of the case. It sticks firmly to any metal surface such as B. the side of your devices. -- This thermometer releases the internal sensor like a jackknife at the push of a button. The second button turns on the backlit temperature readings. I LOVE that the LED indicator doesn't expire. My previous one had expired, forcing me to reattach the sensor to "erase" the previously recorded temperature and take the new current temperature. This new one is better in that regard as I can turn it on and turn it off manually by holding the button down for 2 seconds. Easier to use and puts you in control.--The backlit screen projects the temperature to large, easy-to-read black numbers i love this one internal thermometer for every feature it has! RECOMMEND.
