The product is expensive. Very happy with the variety. What was absolutely outstanding is their customer service. Some of my paperwork arrived completely unusable, but there was a nice note mentioning that they are a new company and that if you have any problems, you should contact them first before leaving negative feedback. I sent them a detailed email with photos and suggestions for improvement. They responded shortly after thanking me for the helpful feedback and letting me know they would be sending me a whole new set so I could make sure I had enough working backrests and that they had just spoken to their supplier to get one better quality ensure future. . Control. Received new packaging and the level of quality was fantastic. So I definitely support this company! For those who have never used safety eyes, I recommend getting a metal straw to push the backing paper further than your fingers can comfortably press on it.
