Not suitable for keeping objects out of the way (horizontal use) - plates on either side are not attached
I wanted to use it to space a wooden fence on a wall, to install a gate. So I wanted to screw the panels to the wall and fence and use a horizontally adjustable jack. The panels are not attached at the ends so it is not secure for this purpose. However, I think the product is good - durable and easy to use, but only in vertical orientation.
