I love this thing. Have been using it for many years. We had a cat with kidney failure and had several accidents (urine) on our carpet. It was the only thing that worked. This works fine until you treat the carpet with something else. You need to soak it all the way down to the carpet padding and let it air dry. I have also used it on other pets and other stains. I had underwear that I couldn't get rid of the smell of sweat. I used it instead of my stain stick and it worked much better. I also like that it doesn't smell like perfume. It has a certain odor when you apply it (bubblegum smell maybe?) but it dissipates when it dries. I am very sensitive to other stain removers like Resolve or scented products like Febreeze. They shouldn't be used at all.
