This tent consists of 2 round rings for sidewall support and 4 foldable poles for vertical support. It's not the easiest thing to set up, but it's not difficult if you have a little patience. Collapsible poles that hold the tent upright fit into 4 equidistant pockets along the bottom edge. There are 4 tie down straps at suitable intervals along the top of the wall to secure the posts in place. The tops of the posts meet at the top of the roof and are held in place by the tension of the posts. The rods are bent down the middle about 27 inches at one end and 28 inches at the other. Important: The ends of the posts that are 27 inches from the bend must be placed in pockets on the outside edge of the floor. Tent dimensions: 38" diameter, 27" sidewall height, and 50" height. I'm 5ft 6" tall and can easily get into a tent with enough room to share with a toddler while sitting comfortably. The door cover can either be rolled up and tied in the open position or closed and secured with two velcro straps Bottom The construction isn't bad but the nylon webbing is light and may not take more than a little abuse The tent is very colorful and packs up well stow in the storage bag provided. This tent should be suitable for children over 12 months old if they can walk unaided and are properly supervised. Also included are two wooden dinosaur puzzles. They should not be given to children under 2 years of age.
