The best part is that I feel like my requirements are being met by this software without me having input into it at first hand.

It's very easy for you guys (the team) to understand what we need as your service has been excellent throughout our engagement with them!The other thing which is great about working with you lot - if there ever was anything wrong or out-of date then they get back straight away rather than dragging their heels because "it will be done". As mentioned above; nothing really apart from maybe some minor things here & amp;there but these were quickly sorted when brought up so no real complaints from us either way. Nothing too much just general business stuff such as invoicing etc.
