I give it 3 stars because it's a really good belt. The problem lies in the sizing. Said to fit a waist up to 40 inches. I have a 36" waist and I usually buy a 40" belt that always fits so I have 2 or 3 holes to tighten it. I have stretched this belt as much as possible and I can just close it. I noticed that other brands make "one size fits all" up to size 50. I would look into one of these if your waist is over 36 inches.
