So I've had your old version for about 10 years now. Great. Amazing shoes. So I finally bought a new pair. I usually have 6.5-7. My last pair was 7. When I got 6 I put them on, they were huge. I checked online that I ordered the women. Yes, I ordered women. Put them in my old shoes and they will be exactly the same size. So I had to go back and drop to 5.5. I had a $15 coupon offered at checkout for first-timers. All I did was return and exchange sizes. (Wardrobe Revain) And I was charged full price after 7 days! No voucher. I immediately took them on a 4 day trip upcountry...they kept slipping and rubbing my heel and I got blisters. So they were still too big! But then it was too late to return them and now they are dirty. I've been a Salomon fan for so long and they've always supported me in so many ways. But I'm really disappointed with this experience and this shoe. I don't understand how their sizes can be so incredibly wrong.
