Fabulous! the best of balloons
is definitely pretty, but if you have hardwood floors I recommend popping these confetti balloons from the outside because when the confetti hits the floor it's a problem, them to remove! Other than that I would definitely recommend it, it's really quite easy to set up and you don't need helium.
