I would not recommend this projector. We bought primarily for outdoor movie nights with the kids. I thought an Android system with WIFI would be great for Netflix streaming. It's basically a useless feature, Netflix never downloaded and there was no way to update the app. Then I figured I could just burn movies onto a USB memory stick and plug it into a USB port. All in all, another useless feature. The projector cannot handle the file size to project a 1080P movie. You'd think a 1080P projector with this feature could handle it. So basically I had to connect an external source (Chromecast or BluRay) via an HDMI cable. We also had a very bad dark/smoky color patch on about 1/3 of the screen. It looks like an LCD fire. Contacted Pyle, only 2 months warranty left and used about 20 times. They said I could fill out a form with my credit card information and submit the project for repairs so they could bill me for the repairs. I said damn I'll use it now but it worked for a few more months before it wouldn't turn on. Did a typical disconnect and connect. Launched as usual but didn't see the Android green loading screen. The fans did not turn on as usual and after a few minutes the projector got very hot and shut down. Did it now every time I tried to turn it on. I would say this projector only has 200 hours and is useless at the moment so that's about 1% of its 20,000 hour lamp life. When it worked it was a very good picture, but that's about it. All other functions are rubbish.
