Poor lampshade design
The lampshade on this lamp was a total failure. The first light we received appeared to have cracks in the plastic lampshade. The fabric upholstery was wrinkled and the stitching was poorly done. We swapped for the same light and again had trouble with the shadow. Tiny web-like cracks that were actually visible when the lamp was lit. We couldn't lay the glass floor flat, a piece always went up. The light is certainly an appealing design, but the execution was poor. Both lamps were returned.
