This bag is very versatile. I use it for commuting almost every day and it helps. The side pocket is ideal for an umbrella or water bottle. The flap valve keeps everything safe. The drawers are deep so you don't have to worry about things falling out. The front pocket is ideal for storing small items. The second zippered pocket is great for storing personal items. I usually store groceries, books or a jacket in the main compartment. The main compartment is also padded and therefore very comfortable for the back. There is also a security pocket in the main compartment.
