Trays deform after a while.
When we tried different products, we noticed that when dehydrating liquid foods such as eggs, liquid sauces or dishes, they drip from the trays. They don't stay flat. There are even liners with raised edges. Not good. This is fine for thicker foods and other things, but you'll be limited to thinner foods. If you plan on dehydrating a lot, I would suggest other dehydrations and do some research to see if thinner foods are better.
