At first my package didn't even list everything, ALL the tools were missing. This was going to be my first red flag for staying away and just bringing it back, but I decided to just use the tools I already had and just keep going. When I completely disassembled my controller and started installing the new clear shell, I noticed that the triggers didn't fit, and neither did the bumper. After trying to install a transparent shell, I found that it wasn't suitable for my controller. I don't have an elite, one with or a new bluetooth controller, I have a ONE controller that this company says their case will fit, AND WILL NOT EVEN FIT! I've spent way too much time and effort trying to get this product to work if I didn't get anything from it. I have now voided the warranty on my controller and was forced to put my native skin back on in disgrace. I would rate 0/0 if I could.
