You must be patient with this product. The results are slowly becoming visible.

Although as a user I do not see immediate progress, it is difficult to assess the effectiveness. I find it works well as the yellowing has faded somewhat in the few weeks I've been using it. My yellowing has developed over a 20 year period so it will take a long time to resolve. I started right after brushing my teeth twice a year as recommended by dentists.
