Stopped working and charging after using it for 1 trip

Ordered this in August for a trip and I used it a couple of times on the trip and it worked fine. I recently decided to start using it since the heater at work gets extremely hot and it’s no longer working. Doesn’t charge and when I turn it on, it rotates like 3 times then stops. My previous hand fan that I misplaced worked perfectly fine for years and countless trips

Pros

I sleep with this fan for all those hot flashes, really helps!

Cons

The fan's design is not ergonomic, causing discomfort when held for extended periods
