I've always used a permanent hold and it was great, but I didn't like how coarse my hair would be. I went for a light hold hoping it wasn't too light and would fit perfectly. My hair stays like a strong hold all day but feels lighter. The hair is not so hard, it is easy to wash out. I highly recommend it!
