Not all parts included! When we installed it, the cold water didn't work! The seller responded quickly! Even though the 30 day return policy had expired, they cared enough to give me a full refund! Very happy with customer service! I know that sometimes manufacturing defects are beyond the seller's control, so I was very happy that they refunded my money!
