Just delivered and my son couldn't wait to wear it. I ordered it for my Halloween costume and read all the sizing reviews. He is 7.41 pounds. Slim for his age and 48 inches tall. We got the medium and it suits him perfectly. The arms are a bit long, but he doesn't seem to mind, and the legs are long enough to wear with shoes. Now we'll see how long it lasts. The backpack doesn't open at all which is normal but I will say the front panel area looks like it wasn't cut straight. Everyone said the crotch was high and I agree. Another thing is that he loves it
