Review on AmzBarley by Keith Leach

As someone who shops online quite frequently, I am always looking for the best deals and the online retailers that I can trust the most. Consequently, when I came across AmzBarley and saw their extensive collection of clothing, shoes, jewelry, and other accessories, I assumed I had won the lottery. My time spent with AmzBarley was, sadly, not nearly as enjoyable as I had hoped it would be. My order did not appear in a reasonable amount of time at first, which was the first problem. Although I am aware that shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable, the fact that my purchase has been delayed for more than a month is intolerable. When my order did eventually arrive, the items were of poor quality and were in no way similar to what had been advertised on the website. This made an already frustrating situation even more frustrating. There was a mismatch between the colors, the fabric was of poor quality, and the embroidery was sloppy. When I tried to return the items, I was met with a return procedure that was both time consuming and difficult to understand. I had to send an email to customer support multiple times before I was given any instructions that were understandable regarding how to return the goods. Even after that, I was required to pay for the delivery costs, which were not disclosed in any way on the website. To add insult to injury, when I eventually received my refund, the amount that was refunded to me was a significant amount lower than what I had originally paid for the items. This was a major disappointment. It would appear that AmzBarley deducted a restocking fee in addition to other hidden charges, even though these fees were not mentioned anywhere on the website or while the purchase was being processed. My time spent with AmzBarley was, on the whole, a frustrating and unpleasant experience. This online store is not one that I would recommend to anyone because of the lengthy wait time, the low quality of the items, the unclear procedure for making returns, and the unexpected charges. Go shopping somewhere else to spare yourself the inconvenience.
