It's nice to see that they are constantly improving their product, and adding features I need or want. I like the fact that there is an option for you to customize the look of the program to your liking. The reporting options are limited, but that is something that I am sure will change as time goes along. Our staff loves how easy it is to keep track of inventory, orders, etc. Having a single screen for all of our operations allows us to focus on one thing at a time instead of having multiple applications open on my computer.
Pros
- Their customer service team has been great in helping me with issues we have had over past couple years since implementing this software into use here within organization! They really do try hard when other companies don't even respond back after initial inquiry made by them regarding issue/concern raised.it makes sense why i would go out further from home base (or office) just so someone can help resolve problems quicker than expected..and more importantly make work life easier &
