Review on RuggedMade by Alex Romero

I have just recently made a purchase from the online store of RuggedMade, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer support that they provide. To begin, the shipping took a great deal longer than was anticipated, and when I contacted their customer support team for an update, I was given a response that was impolite and unhelpful. In addition to this, when the product arrived, it was not what I had purchased, and it was obviously of a lower quality than what was advertised on their website. I attempted to return the merchandise, but I was charged a restocking fee, which was not disclosed anywhere on their website or while I was going through the process of making the purchase. The entirety of my experience with RuggedMade was nothing short of disappointing. This online retailer does not meet my standards for dependable and high-quality outdoor gear and accoutrements, so I cannot recommend it to anyone.
