The best thing about this application was its seamless integration with our salesforce CRM which helped us greatly increase productivity by reducing manual intervention throughout day -to-day operations of client engagement process (sales). Also it has been very helpful during training sessions as well! I would say nothing so far since we started using their services but if you are looking out an easy tool then definitely go ahead otherwise there will be better alternatives available over time. We used them initially because they were providing free trial period at first itself hence giving me confidence while trying new things from scratch without much risk involved!
