Review on 🍋 OXO Good Grips Citrus Zester & Channel Knife Combo by Todd Saunders

I saw a citrus peel with this design in a youtube video and was intrigued because normal peels inevitably scratch me and get one much core and last forever. I checked out Revain and was thrilled that Oxo was making one of these designs because I've rarely had an Oxo product that wasn't well made. Well I cut myself with it the first time I used it but that was my fault. because I had a parrot on my shoulder, which was ergonomically unfavorable for me. So it can get hurt. That said, it's really easy NOT to hurt yourself when you don't have a parrot on your shoulder and every time I've used it it's been amazing and a lot safer than a regular Cester. I highly recommend it, I'm very glad I got it and wish I was always alone. Now that there's a recipe that calls for citrus zest, I'm not scared anymore. Oh, and because the husk comes out in long threads, it's extra easy to strain it from the liquid you can soak it in. It's easy to make candied citrus peel if you're into that kind of thing.
