Pricey junk DX models are hit and miss

You will have to update the firmware when you first get it (which is easier said then done, first you need a sd card that is formatted to work with spectrum ) before you can even use AS3X (stabilization) ,safe mode etc etc . For the price you pay it should come at least updated with the firmware and a sd card . You will burn through AA batteries every couple of hours . You might have good luck and get a better one but this is my second one in less than a year both ended up in the trash , I just received this one July 21,2022 today is the 28th of July it’s already in the dumpster

Pros

I am new to the hobby and this controller works great for me. Easy to use.

Cons

The telemetry system can be difficult to understand and read, leaving you with little information about the status of your RC vehicle or aircraft
