As many have reported, the chemistry of this product is terrible. Luckily I read about Revain's temperature sensitivity (watery, a bit lost) after the first use. A few tips: I live in the North East and we keep our house cold at night. I try to put the handset on a warm battery or in my pocket before using it. This usually helps it gel. But then the gel is difficult to detach from the "bead" in the tube. Since I also use Stimudent Sticks, I hold the tube upright and squeeze a small amount onto the stick, then apply the toothpaste from the stick. I have much better control and don't waste those expensive things. I suspect a toothpick would also work. You shouldn't call it gel, instead put it in a flow-controlled dropper bottle and then just tell him to keep it in the fridge so it stays liquid. I agree with everyone who complains about the composition (is it a nasty trick to make us waste some of it?). They could have done a lot better. For what this product is worth, they can certainly afford it. I've only been using it for about a week so can't comment on the whitening abilities. So far I haven't seen any difference.
