It took me two months of unreliable internet to find out that the problem was with this modem which didn't detect any signal loss and couldn't be detected by the ISP when it went into this state where all the ads came up showed that it is online, but it is not. Every time there was an internet outage where the signal was temporarily lost, the only way to get back online was to physically unplug it, unplug the cable for a few seconds, then plug the modem back in, that's it reconnected to the internet. -provider and worked. Great until the next mistake. it didn't find it, so it never tried to reconnect. An attempt by the provider to reset the modem was unsuccessful. My modem is on another floor, so I'm tired. I only found the problem by unplugging the modem from the cable while it was still on. All the indicator lights that indicate a normal online connection are also installed there. So by the time we've taken care of all that, the return period has already passed. It sucks, just like that modem.
