This 1-input 4-outlet DTECH splitter is easy to connect and works as it should. This is a different brand replacement for an apparently almost identical product. The difference with this one is that it works without any noticeable audible or visual disturbances. The last one I bought from another brand/seller (and want to return) had a loud audio hum when the input was plugged in. This works fine. Interestingly, the previous junction box was a little better built (has good feet and a more comfortable power cord), but this DTECH box performs much better. I compared the specs of both boxes and they are the same. I removed a star because it doesn't have legs to balance it out so it tilts a bit but it doesn't get in the way when working. The red power indicator is also pretty bright, but I was able to mount it behind the TV so it wouldn't be noticeable. I am satisfied with this product and would buy this product again. It should also be noted that the video actually appears clearer going through this box than straight onto the TV. I don't think there's any amplification so I can't explain, but it looks and sounds really good.
