Seemed to work fine. I rode it non-stop for three days. The product warmed my hands and thumb. The LED indicators are nice and bright. They are easy to see in bright sunlight. The control box is not very durable. I always supported it with my finger behind the panel when pressing the buttons for fear of breaking the controller's connection points to the mount. The power supply cables are too short to connect to the battery. All items listed on the box were missing. The thumb warmer shrink wrap started rubbing a hole after just a day of riding. The handles are shorter than standard. I had to move the throttle closer to the grips. never mind All problems can easily be solved with a little tweaking. I would buy them again.
