So I ordered this laptop case because it looked beautiful to me - the gold parts of the marble pattern in the picture looked shimmering and I expected it to look like this (or at least very similar) in real life ). What I received was a case with a pixelated image of the pattern printed on it. Needless to say I was very disappointed. It also took an incredibly long time (2.5 months to be exact)! I'm about to return everything so I haven't tried a screen protector or keyboard skin, but the skin looked exactly as pictured online. We will not be ordering from here again! I've tried my best to photograph and show the product from different angles, but the texture of the case is a little hard to see through the plastic wrap (which I didn't remove for the return). Update: I increased my rating by one star simply because the customer service was good. They kindly gave me a full refund and insisted I keep the case due to the pandemic risk.
